ZRE23 - Christine
Christine is our newest car and represents a full re-design. Coming in at 387 lbs and 107 hp, Christine is by far our lightest and quickest car to date. This car features a 4130 chromoly tube chassis frame, single-motor rear drive, our first aero package, and a fully custom accumulator and battery management system. Additonally, a new supension design sporting 10” diameter tires makes this our most ambitious project ever.
ZRE22 - Eileen
Veronica was our first car completed after the revival of the team in 2019. We competed at two events, placing 5th overall at FSAE Lincoln. Veronica features a single motor rear wheel-drive powertrain with a limited slip differential, chromoly tube frame chassis, and a custom accumulator housed on each side of the driver.
ZRE21 - Karen
Karen is the car we developed in spite of COVID. Karen improves upon ZRE19 by featuring a redesigned chassis and full pull-rod suspension, and a smaller packaged accumulator making the car much lighter. Karen competed at our Michigan event placing 3rd.
ZRE19 - Veronica
Eileen was a siginificant improvement over Karen, sporting a significant re-design of the chassis, suspension, and driver ergonomics, making a much more comfortable car to drive with improved handling. Additionally, Eileen is our first car to feature fully custom battery cell modules, and a brand new custom battery management system. At 450 lbs and 107 hp, Eileen was our fastest car to date.
